Advanced returns management

When processing the return, it is possible to decide on its conditions, i.e .:
  • How many pieces of which exactly the product in the order is to be returned
  • What amount of delivery is refundable
  • What is the final total amount of the refund (it is possible, for example, to make a deduction due to damage to the goods or the amount of the discount used)
In addition, the return may take the appropriate status:
  • Pending
  • Accepted
  • Rejected
