How to get and keep clients? How to get them to make more purchases?

The loyalty program will allow you to activate targeted and, above all, existing customers of your online store. Thanks to it, they will be able to collect points for each proverbial cent spent, which they will then be able to use in accordance with the calculator defined by you.

Sample simulation:

An existing customer has placed an order on the online store several times for a total of PLN 1,500 and has not used previously owned points. According to the above example assumptions:

  • All orders have the status completed
  • The customer 15,000 points has on their account
  • Value 15,000 points = PLN 150 to be used

Moving on to using points:

The customer wants to make another order for the amount of PLN 450 and use the points collected so far:

  • 365 days have not passed since the receipt of the above-mentioned points.
  • The client has 15,000 points, so they are within the set minimum threshold of 5,000 points to be able to use the accumulated points.
  • The customer tries to make an order for the amount of PLN 450, therefore it is within the minimum amount of PLN 400, so that he can use the collected points.
  • The amount of PLN 150 resulting from the scoring is within the maximum threshold of PLN 500 to be used under the loyalty program.

Therefore, the amount of points, which is equal to PLN 150, is subtracted from the order amount of PLN 450. The final order amount is PLN 300.

The loyalty program can only be used by the ordering party who has registered in the online store, and thus has a customer account and is logged in. After logging in, they will see a summary of the orders they have and the number of points to use.

As the seller, in turn, entering a specific order, you will see if someone has used the loyalty program, and in the order details you will see a discount in the form of the number of points used.
